Our demands

Disclosure.

Universities must provide complete transparency on all endowment holdings tied to workplace automation and generative AI. This includes private equity, venture capital, and direct stakes.

Decoupling.

We demand the termination of all corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and recruitment arrangements with ventures whose core business model is the algorithmic replacement of human workers.

Restitution.

We demand the immediate and complete divestment from AI-exposed assets. Proceeds must be transferred to an independent Student Restitution Fund to address our economic displacement. While the fund will remain legally owned by the university, it must be exclusively managed and directed by democratically elected student representatives.
